Data Deletion Instructions
You can ask us to review and remove personal information connected with your Pix Delivery studio account or guest registration.
Last updated: 2 October 2026
To request deletion: email admin@pixdelivery.com with the subject “Pix Delivery Data Deletion Request”. There is no automated deletion form on this page.
1. Tell us what should be deleted
- Studio account: write from the account email if possible and include your studio/business name. State whether you want the account and its events removed or only specific events/photos.
- Guest registration: include the event name or QR/event link, the WhatsApp number used for registration and whether you want your face descriptor, gallery record and/or matching-photo access removed.
- Photograph of you: identify the event and photo if you can. The studio or event organiser controls its original photography, so you may also need to contact that studio directly.
Do not email us your password, verification code, payment-card details or a new face scan.
2. Verification and handling
We may ask for enough information to verify that you control the relevant studio account or WhatsApp number before changing or deleting information. We will review the request, identify the information held in Pix Delivery and respond with the outcome or any details we need. A guest request does not automatically delete a studio's original event photographs or the records of other guests. Some transaction, security or dispute records may need to be retained where required or permitted by law.
3. What deletion can cover
Depending on the request and our ability to verify it, deletion can cover studio account details, event and photo records, uploaded photos, guest phone registration, face descriptors, private gallery access and delivery records. Deleting an event or gallery may prevent guests from accessing its photographs. We will explain if a requested item cannot be deleted or must be retained.
4. Expired links are not deletion
New private guest-gallery links are configured to expire after 90 days. An expired link stops access through that link; it does not by itself erase event photographs or face descriptors. If you want information removed, send a request using the email above. For more detail on what is collected and why, read our Privacy Policy.
